Is this the same party with "Wickedsephiroth" that bitched my party out so much in /say that we just decided to leave rather than deal with fucking retards in a merit camp?

Lo and behold you and your group appeared there. When we went to take a break for a little bit, your group got links, and at least two people died. Your group then disappeared.

In all honesty we never camped on top of you as you like to say we did, but vice versa.. at least check your facts before you start running your trap.

Second of all, the linkshell as a whole (JeanneDaArc) has absolutely nothing to do with this party or the fact we killed and claimed at a faster rate then your group did. Leave a group out of the actions of a few individuals, you are making yourself look like an ignorant fool by grouping a whole linkshell from a few people, and on false accusations at that.

Lastly, you chose a well know and heavily used merit spot to hide in the corner of. You knew that your group wouldn't be able to keep up with a horrid merit party, much less one of the caliber I was in. As the saying goes, "If you can't run with the big dogs, then stay on the porch."

PS Just to let you know, I did get my level, and I was the same level as your group was.

I hate colibri's too. i like fighting mobs that wont eat my damn food. the OP cant fault someone for not seeing them when you are on the far end of a camp zone. Yesterday i had a fun party and we were tearing the mamools up. our bard looked down to the middle camp and suggested that we move down. we figured no biggie and dropped down. we saw a bunch of birds around so we figured we had it to ourselves......then we noticed the other group. i looked at the bottom camp and saw no one there with just about all the mobs spawned. we drop again and get started only to find the party that was there was all the way out of sight range.

to the OP, that area can easily be mistaken for being empty. it happens quite often.

Oh please, allow me to retort. I checked three with JDA pearls and felt no need to check the rest (didn't see blue for Kaizen, everything was purple), so I apologize if some other shells want some proper recognition here. Feel free to list them and I'll give them all their due.
So you did see little ol us in the corner, pulling away at our meager little rate. Trying to keep up with the Jonses, as you say. So as you began to clear every mob in sight dropping us to "woo hoo chain 3!", we began sending out two people to pull. It's not as much that we were bitching and moaning, it's that YOU HAD FIVE FUCKING MOBS SLEPT AT A TIME DOUCHEBAG. That is just asshattery at it's finest.
And all ye who say survival of the fittest, teabag those who get in your way, shit happens, etc., well you are right. People hire the best, strive to be number one, and step on a lot of others for their goals in the real world. Excuse me for condemning those actions in a game.
Oh, and please don't give the notion that we we're the same lvl. You were a merit pt with one person lower lvl. We were all 71-73ish. We were not competition, and sticking to the far end or finding somewhere else to go after discovering us would have been the right thing to do.

Firstly, I never said the party was the same level as yours, I said I was the same level as yours. Check your reading comprehension skills buddy.

Secondly, we can't sit still in one place as a merit party, that is just asking to lose a chain. . . have you ever been in an actual merit party that works the way its supposed too? With Jakey and Doumoon (two of the top, if not the best two dragoons on the server) we were wiping those birds down each in under 20-30 seconds. Every singe WS from them was from 1,700 up.

Thirdly, if you don't want a merit party to move in the same area, get out of the goddamn corner, it's next to impossible to see you over there, and even more impossible to notice any of the mobs gone at the slow rate in which your party would pull and kill the birds. Move to a spot in the open, where you will be seen, and if you can't handle it in the open, then do everyone a favor and quit wasting yours and everyone elses time by being there.

Fourthly, noone was hired, and noone was stomped on purposely, now if you would like for me you track you down every single time I'd like to merit then by all means I can do it, I can show you what a real asshole of a party is like. One where we do camp on top of you, one where we do claim every single mob in the camping area and sleep every single one of them having no less then two brd pullers at a time. If you want to see a real asshole just let me know, I can be one.

Fifthly, just like in the second paragraph, have you ever been in an actual merit party? Do you think they last and get 30k/hr and upwards from pulling one mob at a time and not sleeping 4-5 at the camp so you can just switch? How do you think chains 300+ are broken? Please make an attempt to gain some knowledge of what you're talking about before you run to the flameboard and keep reiterating the fact that you are more then likely and ignorant fool on these subjects.

Lastly, thanks for recognizing that not everyone was in JeanneDaArc. Now you can admit that JeanneDaArc as a whole has absolutely nothing to do with this flameboard topic, you can apologize, and you can move on and quit bitching on the flameboard with attempts of that of a 13 year old.

Never said you had to sit still, nor would I. Been in plenty, but thank you for the default assumption that I'm a nubbins. You saw us, you did jack shit and kept on trucking, sleeping stuff to the point that one of you croaked.

You have that kind of time? You had rather nice gear. I find it amazing that with you being a total dickwad you can stick in any sort of endgame shell for long enough to obtain it. Your threats are totally meaningless, like a little child arguing in the playground.

Imagine my crazy assumption that when everyone that I check has the same pearl or no pearl they are in an ls party. Meh, moving on. Thank you all for the reminder why I don't frequent these boards too often :D.

Firstly, we didn't notice you at first, and since we didn't notice you until we had already settled in we weren't about to just go and uproot because you want us too. And for someone who's been in plenty of merit partys before, you sure don't seem to understand the way they work. . . maybe you just haven't been in the good ones yet?

Secondly, I got my 'rather nice gear' from having spare time, that's the only way to can get rather nice gear. And now that I've gotten rather nice gear I have a little bit extra time to spare, I'd rather not spend it on you, but since you come here and complain about an actual merit party doing some meriting, and you have to throw around my name, and my linkshell then yes I unfortunately do have to spend some of my spare time talking with someone I've never even heard of, much less give a flying shit about if they are angry with me, shit hate me all you want, but leave my linkshell alone.

Thirdly, since you understand how a merit party works, then you can understand that fact that after we got there, saw absolutely nobody, we then proceeded to go nut. It wasn't till after the fact the you and your group even appeared to us. And as I said before, I'm not about to force 5 people who I invited here, to just uproot and leave because there's a party who likes to hide in the corner, and their slow kill/pull rate isn't even effecting our xp. Since you understand a merit party and how it works, I trust you understand that we weren't going to move after settling in.

Lastly, assumptions happen, and they can be forgiven, but there has to be an apology first. I'll be waiting for it. Don't slander an entire linkshell because you and your lowbie group choked under pressure.

PS Oh, and yeah, I have been in JeanneDaArc for a while.. maybe it has something to do with me being one of the three leads in one of the oldest linkshells on the server?
 
Just a tip:

Send /tells to the party leaders in the zone you plan to take your party to. Find out where they're camped at. If you've merited plenty, you should know how many parties can be in an area without gimping yours AND their xp, and based on that, you can decide if you need to head to another area.

Granted parties can easily zone into the place "while" you're getting to camp, this at least could prevent what happened in this flame.

We sent our rdm, I've had a few lies by sending /tells. He scouted it, didn't see anyone and we came.
