Has anyone gotten more than one of these things? I've tried at least 50+ times and can only seem to get one.

Off Topic: Change your title to maple syrup

On Topic: I played this game for a total of 5 hours. It sucks.

Opinion, and idk how you can judge the entirety of the game by playing a whopping 5 fucking hours when the game ranges from 50-100+ hours, depending if you do any of the extras, but anyways

On Topic
Yea I have stolen 3 Myrrh, if you're talking about the Rare Mimeo in Barheim, I steal 1, kill him, go to the save crystal, save, reset game, and go back and check on the area where rare mob spawns, I've gone a spree of heading to it 30+ times and finding a regular chest or nothing at all until I ran into the Rare Mimeo chest, just random.

and i have yet to get even one of these!

Yeah i got another 3 after i spent the whole night going back and forth <,< I hate mimics....

what drops deathbringer O.o and by the way.. I HATE FAFNIR! or.. the weathereffects.. never snowy the way I needz it T.T

You steal it from a Rare Mimeo/Mimic Ithuno in Barheim Passage, the higher lvl area with the adamantitan, it's pretty much at the end of the path behind some rocks, will look like a regular mimeo chest but will be rare mob if it's there.
I've also gotten 6 dragon mails, clerics robes, celibrant miters from other chests(not mimics) in Barheim, and 3 gigas hat stolen from dead bones >> and I still haven't gone to Giza Plains(rains) to advance the story lol, damn FFIII and V and XII >>

I don't really need a deathbringer, I have something better XD but I was just curious :P I'm supposed to go to the lighthouse place but I'm a huntin and whatnot :D so many fun things to do.

edit: oh, Fafnir was a BABY!! a freakin baby.. you don't need bubble (this is towards Xena/Clocian thing) I realzed. It sure as hell helps, no doubt, but I realized just keeping reverse up constantly.. Fafnir = heals you ftw! Was so amusing. Reverse + Decoy on my tank (and protect and shell and haste and such), Bravery on all, Haste on all as well, Berserk on Basch with his great sword (or before when I had Belthiar out with Masamune) oh god the combos! Getting up to the 6s a lot was insane. Had him turned so he was only facing my tank. Healer and other warrior (I also had a guest, Raddes or whatever but he was stupid and didn't know how to stay on the other side) on the other side. Such a pansy with reverse.. reverse = far more broke than bubble XD

Does anyone else hate guests as much as I do? I just got Reddas in my party and he seems to like to run off and get the attention of other mobs while I'm already fighting one. I was fighting the Yagyu Darkblade NM and he started attacking the Lv60 Dragon thing nearby... Hes such an MP sponge (and I think he makes XP go down? I'm not sure) so I just cast death on him and turn off my raise gambits >.>

He would probably think thats cheap too.

prolly :P but it is a way to do it without bubble, god bless Reverse XD

I have yet to see an XP loss with guests. There might be one though.

But yea, guests piss me off too. When I was running around in the Feywood Forest please, I was trying to avoid the mobs. But no. Larsa had to be a little bitch and attack the mandagoras that were (at the time) 15 levels higher. Larsa died, and I kept him that way. Dead.

And I think if you progress through the story, you can go back and fight those mobs.

there is an XP loss, fight the same level mob with the guest, then let him die and see the difference :P same with if you have a party member (or two) die before you kill the monster, you'll get more XP the less who are out

Yea, I just realized that as I summoned Zermous. XP went from 563-1,549. lmao. Wonder what that would be without summons...

Shoulda probably asked...what kind of weapon is Deathbringer? Has more attk than any weapons i have right now except the Zodiac Spear >.>

I think you're thinking of Demonsbane but either way getting a powerful sword early is never a bad idea.

Yea having 3 of those, and full dragon mail(only 2 more heavy armor licenses until the last one)/celebrants miter(nice magic resist and speed) on my party at that point in game makes them miniature killing machine tanks(idk couldn't think of anything better), and the KO on Deathbringer I've noticed procs a lot more than the assassin's dagger.
