Based on the sheer amount of spam posts and creating threads, I'd have to say maybe.
 
He's joining the server apparently, and we've allowed other people not playing on this server to remain members. The only reason would be the spamming of threads.

Communicate != make retarded flame and various retarded threads.
 
His sig used to say his DRG was called Spiderman, now it's name has changed, I had a PM earlier asking about my Avatar, this came in soon after I made a Blazn related accusation in his 'Joke Thread' seems like an attempt to flatter or someshit and throw me off the trail.

Any mod care to mention anything IP based? Or is the leet hacksaw going Proxy?
 
Did he join this forum today? If so, to make it onto the flameboard so fast is no small feat. dehorse, if you are reading this, PLEASE STOP THE GODDAMN POSTS! If you want to make friends here, don't post that many separate threads in one day. If you have anything that could/would interest us, please don't spam it all on several parts of the forum at the same time, it's really annoying for all of us. Spamming would get you kicked off this board fast as it is annoying and childish.

Edit: Earlier when i first saw dehorse's rep as red, it said something about doing some shameful things yadda yadda. Now it says He can only hope blah blah etc.
 
My rate-down was the one that made him red!
