There is another HQ Robe, it advances the skill of a Japanese Summerfest game "Catching Goldfish".
How to get this HQ-Robe?
For example, if you (Mithra) got the Robe by doing the quest with a Tarutaru male.
You gotta redo the quest for 4 more times with other races and gender to get the HQ-Robe.
So, you may redo the quest with:
Galka
Tarutaru female
Elvvan female
Elvvan male
Hume female
Hume male
Ok, after you got 4 different quest items from the races and gender above, head to the moogle and trade the items to it. You will get the HQ robe! Congrats!

How to get the Summer Fan?
After you got the HQ-robe, if you trade other quest items to moogle, it will give you some Summer fans.
You can get Chocobo coupon too.

>> If you see bats and bome at the place you zone in, Walk till North, then turn West, you will see the [I-3] Goalpoint
>> It you see Scorpion ...the Goalpoint is at the middle of [H-7~J-7]
