http://www.eidosmontreal.com/en/games.html I just hope it's well done. Deus Ex was the best, Deus Ex: Invisible War was fun too but not quite as good as Deus Ex (but still a good game). I really can't wait to see how this goes.
 
Can't wait. Dues Ex 2 wasn't as good as the first one because they completely removed the RPG system; hopefully they'll bring it back in the third installment.
 
Yes. The first game looks like crap, but it's got a great plot and the RPG elements add a lot to the game. You're able to build your character to your play style, and most objectives have multiple paths to complete.

The second game was good, it definitely looked a lot better, but they completely removed the RPG system.
 
I'm fairly excited to try the third one. I really didn't like he first one much, because its hard for me to get in to an ugly game. It is the same as two worlds for me. The second one i didn't really like either though, but i'm still going to try the third.
 
it's hardly an "ugly" game >.> it's fine and it came out in 2000 for christ sakes :P graphics are still fine

No, even for when it was new, the graphics weren't as good as many other games out then. The development team even acknowledged that fact, and said that's why they put much more effort into the look of deus ex 2.
 
true, but it was nothing to get all "zomg these graphics are just too bad for me to play this game" cause they weren't that bad. Then again, I put very little care into graphics especially when game play is just oh so fun. But ya, I remember reading reviews and they said "it's not top of the line graphics but it's above the average" and that was when it came out in 2000

No, it wasn't even average in terms of graphics. It wasn't unplayably bad, but they were a far cry from good.

far as I can tell, everyone who played the games (at least the first) loved it
 
I loaded up Dues EX 2 and played for about an hour. I was never inspired to play it again. :(
 
hehe, did you ever play Deus Ex? :P cause it was indeed a really fun game. FPS/RPG/Tactical combo of genre and did it really well where it's fun for all.
