A taru ninja does have it's advantages and disadvantages, but one thing is for sure:

You couldn't be any better than a taru ninja even if you tricked a GM into believing someone was hacking and made you lose 100,000,000 gil.

HP of a taru nin is pathetic.... they get to half hp in like 2 hits.An aoe can literally wiped em out.The agi is good if u have lots of it but incase of HNMS and mobs with kick ass damage i think a mithra nin or other race would be 100 times better than a taru.a taru wont do any dmg with his katanas ever.... lol i've seen taru nins struggling and the only way u can get hate back is by spamming tools but again the few hp points is a big problem.
