I go to the dunes yesterday with my lvl 16 warrior (lvling to 18 for nin sub).
This appears to be an excellent Dunes party. All High ranks, people Im familiar with, one of which is in BoL with me (/wave Bamdam ^^). SO anyway as Im coming in I get an agro, trust me I circled so far around this gob I dont know how he managed to see me. So I warn the party, "Bringing a friend with me". Then as I get closer I warn again..... "Inc Gob on me". When I get there everyone appears to be ready to rock and roll. Well needless to say the gob kinda stomped a mudhole in us, ok well Kinda isnt exactly the word..lol. So we all die but one person the Blm and luckily blm makes it to selby zone. Sooo as we lay dead Mr Digisaga starts being insulting, calling me an ass and such, welll....my tounge gets a little hot and I say "If you want to insult me at least call me a bitch since im a girl lol". Anyway he pisses pretty much the whole party off. People disband and thats the end to what could have been a beautifull exp experience in the dunes.
Now, most of you have gotten to know me pretty well. I am a very nice individual, I dont like to argue and I dont like to flame people. But this guys just pushed every button I had, so when raises got there, guess who didnt get one! (yes Im evil I know) But this guy had no right to call me names. Then he threatens to bring lvl 75's out to MPK me??? come on partner, its the dunes! You think I care about 400 exp? I dont even get angry when I die with my lvl 70 whm and loose 2k exp!
Anyway I didnt post this to start and arguement and I know that bringing the gob was probably not a good thing to do, I could have just taken the death, but hell people make mistakes, there was no need to be a dick!
And to Bamdam, Ravensmage, Crayola, and Noulie (sorry if i spelled wrong)
So sorry about the death, hope we have another opportunity to exp together ^^

LMAO. I dont think any of those 75's would waste their time trying to mpk you in the dunes. Even a lvl 30 wouldn't waste his/her time. I would have just laughed if someone told me that.

Sounds like he was just blowing off some steam. Gotta remember, since we are in the digital world where you can't reach through the screen and punch someone in the mouth for saying something stupid, people tend to say things in the heat of the moment that they probably wouldn't have said if you were face to face.

Now, if the dude continues to hold a grudge against yah, then it's time to point and laugh.

Hmmmm this is so familiar sounding. Quite awhile ago when I was taking SAM through Dunes I had a similar experience. We were at Siren and this "person" (I use the term loosely) was just being a complete ass to everyone in the pty. Over typical dunes stuff. Ive been through there several times now and you pretty much have to expect some inexperience in any party there, it just happens. We were all new at one time (not saying that the OP is new) So after watching him push people around I point out that hes the only one in the party without his sub job ^^ Well, of course he snaps and starts going on and on about his other character and how he should go switch and MPK me. I lol'd so much. And then, the truly sad part, he tried to right there, he aggrod a bogy. So everyone takes off running for selbina zone. I just headed for La Theine and sinced I had just leveled I said {Goodbye} I feel bad for anyone else in the pty who died but I laughed knowing he surely did ^^

Hmm to tell you the truth Im not real sure what job he was lvling. I think it may have been war or something along those lines. Unfortunatley the party broke after that incident, so thank god I didnt have to deal with him long
