And there's 2 "areas" in that area. Ghelseba OP and Purgonorgo Island

Wouldn't call it too farfetched to say it's just something in the game files they don't use yet, I mean, they've had Rainbow Cloak/Mitts/Slacks in the database for how long now?

no, because it's unreleased.

And this is a real place. No one looks through the -dat files except for me? ;; there's 3 maps of that area.

Purgonorgo Islans, Ghelseba Outpost and Ghelseba Outpost. I have no idea why Ghelseba Outpost shows up twice though =/

there's also Dynamis - Buburimu, Dynamis - Valkurm and Dynamis - Tavnazia. You just have to know where to look

Look in ffxitool and you'll find that map, of both Ghelseba Outpost, Ghelseba Outpost and Purgonorgo Isle (yes, Ghelseba Outpost twice)
