Disgaea 3

I'm kinda pissed I don't have the money to buy the game right now. I still owe for my room at Otakon. I'm wondering if they are going to do what they did with the last 2 Disgaeas and do a short production run so after 6 months you can't get a copy for under $100 :/

Probably. Then about 3 years later they will reprint it on every handheld and reprint it for the PS3, and make your original copy worth pennies to the dollar it once was.

I'm dying to play this game but with rl and FF I haven't bought it yet, think I'm gonna have to check out all the youtube stuff ^^
 
Bumping for news. Trophy support is coming, here are some examples:

100 billion damage
255 hit combo
going through 100 levels of item worlds without going back
pass a vote by force
play for 10 hours nonstop
5 geopanel combo
10 geopanel combo kill 10 enemies in one attack
have 5 magichange characters at the same time

The game is also getting Home support such as items for spaces and T shirts.

@.@ No way we can do 100Bil Damage >.> strag. Guild did highest of like 45bil lol, I guess you have to recinciate your character til it capped lv.9999 using the strag. guide method

10hr nonstop should be easy, leaving your game on for 10hr XD.

255 hit combo seem impossible >.> since it only allow limited character per battle :/
 
I think the toughest I've seen so far would probably be the one where you have to perform:

A Counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-counter-attack.
 
sucks that I literally got my copy a week after they changed to version 2.1 made duping and maxing aptitudes longer but my sword master with maxed stored levels and apts with lvl 200 Baal sword and traps, its not THAT hard to land over 100 billion but definitely takes some work
 
Ok, good news and bad news concerning trophy patch, so lets start off with the bad, the latest patch will render your save data unusable so you'll need to start over. It probably won't be bad news for people who haven't finished their first playthrough yet but I suppose for those who did grind all the way to 9999 pre-trophy patch, sorry.

The good news however is that there are 50 trophies and the patch is out in the US next week.
 
Ugh that's lame.. luckily I stopped grinding somewhere in the 3000s or so.
 
What the hell...if that is true, then that really pisses me off. 200 hours wasted on my main game. 8 fully completely done characters and that BS? Raagggeee
