disgustingly unjust.

Yeah, I see some twisted shit on the wire every day while I'm working on putting the newspaper together, but even I was shocked when I read that. Well, not shocked as much as disgusted. I know what the good old boys and powers that be in this region will do for a winning high school football team, even if it means recruiting players from other districts and giving them false addresses to use so they can change schools, or if it means recruiting people straight out of a juvenile detention center.
 
I got caught smoking pot by the football coach at school one time. Never had a record of any sort. Didn't do anything bad, never got in a fight, only had detention for being late. What happed? I got expelled my Senior year and had to go to a different school next semester or stay in alternative school. The real bitch is, I had to finish out that semester at the same school in alternative school. Guess who the alternative school teacher was...

A couple of years later,my older sister was working with a couple of guys that were in my class, they were footbal players. They also got caught smoking pot by the same football coach. Multiple times. Per week. What happened to them? "Go back to class."

I got caught during lunch and wasn't skipping class. At least I got to make his life a living hell.

Something funny about the whole thing: I was with a friend when I got caught. He went ahead and finished in alternative school. He also graduated as a Salutatorian. He wasn't allowed to walk because he was in alternative school tho.

"GO KENTON HIGH FOOTBALL WOOOOooooOOOOOO"
