Do you own a webcam?

[Sculli]

If you do own one, please post what kind, if you could, specifically interested in Megapixels.
There is a video messaging system for vBulletin, and I am just trying to get an idea whether there would be enough demand for it.

Been awhile since I dusted mine off, it's a slightly older Intel model ^^;

Could be fun to have video features with people here, and kinda scary with others

Wait a sec...own one...or subscribe to one

Hey, if you want to watch SoCal dorms all night long, fine by me.
It's really about owning one.

I own a Creative Web cam. And I don't use it that much.

By far the best web cam, in my opinion, is the 'Eyetoy' made by sony for the playstation 2. It has very high quality (since it's meant to be played on a tv), very little graining, and it's very cheap (I got mine for £10 [23$~?]).

Although installation might be a little problem for some people who aren't very technologically adept, it doesn't take too long, and it uses creative drivers modified a little, and usually installs for me without any hiccups. I'd say it takes around 20 mins to get it up and running.

Anyone looking to install an eyetoy as a webcam might be interested in looking at this guide - http://www.ionstorm.co.uk/files/sairuk/index.shtml

But, long story short, yeah I use a webcam.

Aye, I have a webcam I use from time to time for video conferances and the like. I usually just use it for the mic now-a-days on Teamspeak.
