I have been slacking off the last couple years on Halloween costumes, I rather enjoy putting together really sick Halloween costumes, but the "last minute" slapping together is what's been happening.

A huge Halloween party is being thrown this year, and I'm still not sure what to put together, I'm leaning to-wards Rainbow Brite. I saw a sexy costume, but that's kinda cheese. I just don't know yet.

Best Costume I've ever come up with; Alex DeLarge from "A Clockwork Orange" and that was when I was 15!! The costume came out really sick, except for a large number of friends and randoms getting me confused with (of all people...) Charlie Chaplin.... yeeeea >.>

:chairshot:

Yeah I still dress up but I usually throw stuff together at the last minute. This year I'm trying to make a Harley Quinn outfit.

I think that I've seen that rainbow brite costume at one of the Halloween shops. It looks sexy. :)

We're allowed to wear Halloween costumes at work, so I mostly use it as an excuse to shun the dress code and wear my football jersey with "Cocks" across the back. It also has a large "8" on it, which I hope the tight-asses read as "Ate cocks."

Beyond that, I don't dress up.

I wish I still dressed up. I always had a blast but now getting a good costume is such a bitch.

Yea if you buy you spend over $100 on the one night easy, then come the next year you don't want to wear it again, however, I have accumulated 2 bought costumes now, and every few years I could switch up and wear one again.

It is really expensive, for a good night between alcoholic beverages, munchies (pizza or whatever) a party, just as an invited guest, can cost a shit load. That being said, it's sooooooo much fun, and makes for excellent memories and photos!!

I'm told that I will be Marilyn Monroe for Halloween.

I just hope the boys like my curves and my boobs can fill out the dress. And I aint gonna shave my legs for this ><

I have had a Halloween party every year since I got my own place, and everybody dresses up. It's awesome.

This year I'm going as the Penguin from Batman Returns if I can get my girlfriend to go as Catwoman from that movie. If not, I'm going to go as Coach McGuirk from Home Movies.

We aren't allowed to dress up at work, but every year I try to get away with something. Last year I wore a Superman shirt under my white dress shirt and was secretly Clark Kent all day.

Sweet !

Halloween is the one excuse to dress up as slutty as possible and to be proud of it.

Anyways though, I still dress up each year. A close friend of mine has his birthday on Halloween, so we all dress up and go out for dinner and then later to the bar.

The past few years i've gone as a baseball player injecting steroids, Santa who shrunk his outfit in the wash, and a gay vampire. I'm not too sure of what i'm going to do this year though.

Money isn't an issue with my family. It's that I don't find anything worth dressing up as. I used to dress up as a Ninja Turtle, Power range, all sorts of fun shit but there isn't anything cool now.

I haven't worn a costume in a long time, but every Halloween I bust out my shirt from Gravestone Artwear which has a print from this gravestone on it.

In case you're curious about the symbolism, it's an image of Death, wrapped in a burial shroud and wearing a crown of laurel leaves as a symbol of victory. He holds aloft a sun in one hand and a moon in the other, symbolizing the renewal of life. Around him is the ouroboros, or snake eating its own tail, a symbol of eternity. Above are the angels of heaven, and below are bats for hell.

I've always dressed up for Halloween (27 now), it's my absolutely fave holiday event of the year. The last two years I've gone as Elvira, this year I'm going as Princess Leia.

Last time I went trick or treating was a few years ago I forgot to shave and people mostly closed the door on me and said I was too old T.T don't blame me for having facial hair at like 14 lol

I've been thinking about showing up at the office dressed as Alex DeLarge, which would probably go along with what some of them think about me anyway.

I love dressing up for Halloween, it's a shame most of the parties I could go to are more about the alcohol than the costumes. Most of the store bought costumes cost a good $70 plus, so it's a sort of fun hassle to find something to wear anyway. I think the best one I've had in recent years was dressing up as a ninja with a couple friends and having a sword fight on the roof of Pizza Hut.

I knew you had a little love for South Carolina in you

My staple is and always will be the Phantom of the Opera, but I might be the Phantom of the Firefox this year :dur:

I also really love dressing up for Halloween. I'm so going out this year. I'm 23 but I'm 5'2 so I can get away with it.

I can't remember every costume I've ever worn, but here are a few.

-Aslan from Chronicles of Narnia when I was 6, my mom actually sewed me the costume
- Bunnicula (the vampire bunny from the books of the same name when I was 11 years old lol)
- a pirate or a vampire numerous times
- cave woman
- a hooker (we all went out as hookers, I didn't actually like this idea)
- a werewolf
- Xena
- Zelda
- She-Ra

I've been told this year I should be JFK.

I usually go with costumes I can make in a few minutes or without much labor. One such costume was where I got an old sportscoat and khakis, ripped it in a few places and burned some of the edges off and then dirtied it up a bit. That was so I could be a guy who just got out of a car crash.

My brother kept his hospital gown from when he got his appendix removed so I'll slide in that little number with some slippers and that will be my costume for this year if I happen to go out.

I remember someone on QCDN a few years back gave a really good idea to wear something you would typically wear to work, but do it really messy, and have lip stick smeared around your face so you could be the guy who just tapped his secretary. I remember this one working really well.
