Does anyone happen to have a copy of the .pdf for the character restoration form that needs to be notarized? SE can't seem to get the email to me. If you do, I would appreciate it. Please send me a personal message if you can potentially email it to me.

Thanks in advance...

You know where to find it? I can turn it into a .pdf for you if you do

I just searched the playonline website and didn't find shit man. Sorry -.-;; was gonna make it to a pdf file and e-mail to you

I'm enque for the online chat; hopefully they just e-mail it to me without question.

Not kidding you, I'm still waiting for an agent.

Thankfully, I can sit here and let it ride out and just keep working. lol not like I'm missing out on anything

Since my account is active and I've no need for the form, they wouldn't e-mail me the form. I waited almost 2 hours to be told no, they won't e-mail a form.

This is why I hate SE. Sorry man

No worries, thank you for trying. I'll give them a third buzz this time to see if I can procure it.

They said you only need that form for special circumstances though. You're 100% positive you need it (IE:They straight told you that you did?).

So what were you missing: Login, name, birthdate, address, registration codes, first and last 4 of CC used?

They lettin you come back? ;)

But... will you stick around this time?
