Nah, it's ok, I told everyone way back when. I was 254, so I've lost 35 pounds now. Still working at it though!

Hell yea we're all proud of you. Dont know you in-game, though I have seen you, but that doesnt make a difference. We're all part of a community here. So congratulations on the weight loss! I know how hard it can be, trust me on that. So just keep your head up, youre doing great so far!

Also, once you reach a certain weight, you will start to gain weight because you will begin building muscle, which weighs more than fat. For example, I went from 160 to 155 to 150 to 145 then up to 150 and now 155. But compare the 155 me now to the 155 me before and there is a substantial difference in body fat. So don't be discouraged if you start to gain weight; the best thing to look at is your waistline. If it remains or lessens, that means you're doing a great job.
