The statue, or the giant photo-shopped rock around it?
 
Well, I didn't think any of it was chopped. It's actually a game I play on another forum. So if it is chopped, the person that put it up is cheating. Unless he didn't realize is was chopped. So ya the statue I guess. The only clue he gave us was "1986" Everyone's stumped.

My apologies, I guess it isn't shopped. The bottom of the big round thing, where it connects to the ground, just looked fake as hell to me.

Agreed, the bottom of it looks fake as hell. Not only the dirt its standing on, but the sides around it.

But if that's a real photo, Iunno... Just looks really weird, lol

Oh no, not at all. After I looked at it more, it does look out of place kinda lol.

And thank you Grem, I looked for hours on google and couldn't find anything. Did you already know what it was? Or did you search?

I went on a hunch, the Chernobyl incident happened in 1986, I know this as it's the year in which I was born, the statue is clearly a minument in a graveyard, but not an American or UK graveyard, the stone arch above and around the man takes the shape of a cloud of smoke, commonly associated with nulcular events.

I googled Chernobyl memorial and it popped right up.

Pasquale is right this thing looks Photoshoped, the shadows are not right... Although it could be a concept image the representation of what they were planning to build or built. Still, it doesn't look real.
