Well, personally, if I saw a person with no handicap do the same thing, I would still laugh. She looked like she was Rockin out and havin a good time.
 
She looked like she was trying to make the guy laugh. I laughed, I see nothing wrong with laughing.

Why would you feel bad?

If she was just sittin there doing nothing and you laughed, that'd be different. If she was sittin in front of you and did that and you did not laugh, then you'd probably be a jerk since she was obviously trying to make you crack a smile.

He's right, she was trying to make laugh the other guy, i dont see anything wrong, we are not laughing about her , we are laughing for what she's doing.
