So, I am running through the highlands testing out ranger as a sub with my level 46 black mage. [ farming reasons, not battling reasons cause yeah that would be bad.] Been occasionally hunting the tremor ram. Alls going good till I see someone running from what I THOUGHT was the tremor ram. So I'm all " I'll save you!"

So they stop, and I start nuking it. After the third nuke and a noticable dent in my HP, I'm like.. " Why isnt it dead yet?" So I read the name. Rampaging ram.. o..k. I'm screwed. MP is almost out HPs going down and the one time I'm not subbing WHM, i cant get myself out of the mess. Drain takes to long to recast so I was losing more HP by the second. I call for help. 3 people around me start attcking it. Since I was nuking it, it wasnt leaving me alone after a voke. Since I was subbing ranger for the awesomeness wich is wide scan, I had about 150 less MP and 100 less HP. My ranger is serverly under level for my black mage. And since I didnt plan on running anything too high there and it messed me up. ^^;; When I got into the red, i warped out. I wish I just took it and died right now, but sometimes fear of deleveling can scare me even more. >_<

Anyway the reason for this post is I want to apoligize to the people that I didnt do all that well helping. It was almost dead but I have no idea if they killed it or not before I got out of there. Very sorry about that guys. I need to work on this panicing thing.. Atleast it wasnt Steelfleece right? T_T I promise that I'm really not an ass.

We all panic sometimes girlie! Don't feel bad - warp is a hard thing NOT to use in a situation like that....and you WERE trying to help, the person it was chasing didn't die - so, mission accomplished!

Haha, my husband did the same thing when he was a 40 BLM- only there was noone there to help him, so he had to manafont and warp out. Funny thing is, though, that he went back another time as a 40 PLD and managed to take it down. Sure, he had to 2-hour, and he only had like 20 HP and no MP at the end of the fight, but he won! Now he's just trying to get Lumbering Lambert so he can turn in both the horns.

and Fellina, I totally forgot about my two hour. I think it Only would have been useful if I was subbing my WHM, cause I coulda risked it and killed it with an aga, but the lack of HP and not knowing if it would die after that told me it was a bad idea ^^; lol
