Since the wiki page is still dry on this, I'll let ya'll know what I've got so far.

Dominion Ops seems to be an Abyssea equivelent to Fields of Valor. You go to one of the Dominion Sergeants and select an op to do. From there, you go kill the specifiied enemies a specified number of times. The chat log records your progress. Upon complettion, you return to the Sergeant and recieve your reward.

I only did one op in Ulegeruand Range. It involved killing 5 worms. And the rewards were as follows:

1800exp (or limit points)
600 Cruor
180 Dominion Notes

Also, on one occassion (1 out of about 12 runs), I recieved a seal for my AFv3 hand armor. I don't know if this is the only way to obtain hand seals or not.

You can also spend 1500 of the Dominion Notes to purchase your AFv3 body piece from the Dominion guy in the main starting camp of each of the three new abyssea zones.

This is all the data I have at the moment, and I hope it helps.

The expected rates being 'Total Crap'? And it's good to know at least, since Dominion is a horridly unreliable way of getting them at all.

I've done about 6? runs and got not one hand seal. Was doing Puks in Abyssea - Altepa with a couple friends.

Expected rates being ~2-3 of the primary seal with a good THF and yellow !! weakness, and ~0-2 of the secondary seal(s). I know we got 5 off of one mob last night, but I can't remember the exact mix. I think it was 3-1-1. Unfortunately updating our DKP page is a hell of a lot of work with Abyssea, since there are always a TON of drops, so the officers in my LS usually leave it for a few days while they work up the energy to actually list drops, so it's hard to say exactly how many seals we got in last night's run.

So apparently this is the easiest way to get mass exp and limit points. Doing Op #13 in Uleguerand which has you kill 5 Buffalo.

Those buffalo are about 200exp each without lights. (1000exp)
And the op gives me 4500exp each time. (4500exp)
For a grand total of 5500exp for a 10-15 minute run, not counting what you get from chests...

I haven't done many other ops, and I don't know if I've hit the upper limit for the EXP gain...but dayam.

You may also use the exp reward for another job. After finishing the 5 kills, warp, change to another job and return to the NPC. The exp seems to be halved for a lv40 job compared to what you would gain at lv90.
