DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO

People ask party members to do something because it's something that if they had expected their past members to know they have been let down. It's true you might not need to tell a ninja to utsusemi or provoke, but you might need to tell him to face the mob a certain way to not spray the mages with poison. If people are going to be ultra-sensitive and have to much of an ego to listen to others then they should play a game where they can go solo.
For every whitemage that gets offended for being asked to haste, there's 10 WHM who wouldn't have hasted if you didn't ask them. There's politeness and then there's just common sense. The common sense is make sure that the party runs smoothly so everyone can be happy. What seems clear to me is that this WHM is a bad team player. It'd be one thing if the WHM was in a static or with LS people that should know she'll cast haste without asking, it's another thing in a pickup party when given a suggestion.
Sure it's nice to be polite but on the other hand it's nice to be able to suggest things to your party members without them having a stick up their ass. I mean, I know as a mage on the other hand it's annoying as hell when people tell you orders when you know your job better than they do, but it's to be expected sometimes in a party of strangers. I don't see how Bjbreeze was being rude, nor is it really said in the chat log.

well you already know she's my friend, I just wanted to give her a chance to have her side of the story shared considering if I hadn't told her about it she wouldn't have known and yet, she'd have a bad reputation because someone whom she thought was rude to her, wanted to flame her.

She said she does have a static, I don't know why she was leveling outside of it, might have been trying to catch up. So on the same note, she isn't used to people behaving like him.

I'm not saying she didn't react to him negatively. But if at the beginning, he had just given her a chance to see how she played instead of just telling her to keep him hasted, this whole thing could have been avoided.

Why can't people be nicer to one another?

BTW i give orders all the time in party, I know what it takes to get good xp just as I am sure BJ does, if you don't like it gtfo and go party with an all DRG and DRK party please....keep your fawking 2-3k an hour parties.

If that WHM knows her priority, which is haste the ninja, she wouldn't even be told how to do the job.

Whm prefer to waste more MP to cure rather than to spend several MP to Haste the ninja... just stupid. Bj was asking assistance in a polite way and you call that arrogant. I don't know what to say.

Now that I seem to have managed to attain the lofty heights of the Flame Section....

First lets start with the death issue.... 2 deaths yes and why? because everyone was running all over the map like a dogs dinner and I was sneaking two. My sneak ran at a bad place trying to keep up with people when I had no map myself. Had i been only concerned with myself it wouldn't have been a problem. lets talk 2nd death, again Mr breeze your all over the map like a dogs dinner...do we wait til the death weakness wears? No of course not, you continue to run everywhere. I am left yet again to try and sneak myself and the other party member with NO DAMN MP cos guess why ? OH yes thats right you don't have much when your weakened.
I do not at any stage profess to be a brilliant whm but i do know how to haste and was actually hasting all melee just for the heck of it. I didnt say don't tell me what to do, I believe at the outset I said... Do I tell you how to tank?, because it seemed to me you felt it was ok to tell me how to whm before the party even began.

You were always first haste and also regen II, but I see youve omitted to mention that. if I missed two hastes, and I find that hard to believe so seeing you got it before each fight, even when you didnt need it, in all the time we were there then I am asking you was it at all necessary to say ....

Nice of you to at least mention that the party was good for a considerable time, guess that means apart from the 2 alleged missed hastes something must have been going well.

Yes i have a static, and I was a little behind so was making up the exp. I also party often with Japanese parties and get many second invites. I have never ever once had a problem in those parties and found most people to be extremely nice and willing to see how good a job you do BEFORE they "pleasantly" provide some constructive criticism and suggestions.


Oh I almost forgot thankyou for the blist, you needn't have worried though, sending you a tell or an invite or any such thing is the very furtherest thing from my head ^^

all over the map? i told everyone in the pt we will go drop down from wtaerfall and chekck that camp first, so everyone headed there first. then we found out there's 2 pt already, so i told everyone we'll go to the tunnel. seems to me everyone except you know where we are going, and the sam was with you cause he needed sneak and he knows the way. so no we didnt leave you behind.

if you think that's rude, then i'm sorry. this is what i do, before pt start, i tell melee what sc we will be doing and when (dont sc at very start etc), what kind mb it is, the special move which i may need -na spell ( if we fight onzozo tomaro, i would say i'll be needing paralyna and silena). and keep haste on me cause it's sorta important to me as a nin tank. (yes, i can tank without haste, it's just harder). u think i'm bossy? i think it's ok.

actully that's not for you, it's for my bad memories. i'm pretty bad at remember ppl's name, add you on my blist is just in case when i forgot your name someday and ask you if you want to join a pt, i wont get a reply therefore wont invite you.


and no i didnt remember to take screenshot of the chat log, but i'll post whatever in my log file except the numbers in between. starts around the end of 2nd fight, it's gonna be hard to read, and u'll just say i made it all up. i know but i'm bored.

See the difference between you Firestreak and Vang is that Fire and Vang are upfront about being bossy. When you join thier parties you know what your getting into and who's 'boss'. I'm pretty sure everyone knows its do as your told or GTFO. This is taking command, you cannot have command if people don't know they have no choice but to listen, you'll just have one big fight.

Easy to know if you want to party with them or not. And now since they know before hand they at least have a choice to stay in the party or not at the onset of the party. Instead of finding out later and ditching all of you.

They are like that and they get alot of shit blown thier way for it, but you know what? You have to respect them for standing up for what they believe in.

If she knew before hand this flame would not be needed. And the funny thing is if I ever hear a white mage yell "UTSUSEMEI" when a ninja missed it, I'd laugh. You think they wouldn't catch heat if they brought something like that here?
