Yeah, I have this huge thing against War.. it's boring ._. (no offense to you amazing Rampage War's out there, now I really respect you taking the job so high)

You just beat something till it dies.. (like Mnk) but..... but but but... you get these nifty things.. like Double Attack and Berserk.. and my War just hit 28 so I subbed it under rdm for somme fun (I like hitting things.. sometimes) and Double Attack... it shows up VERY often... I'm curious.. is this one of the gimped traits as a sub? or is it the same with both?
Either way, my war is 2 from 30, and 9 from retirement.. so I am happy

war has double attacks and some say a double atatckk 2 at 60 or 65 no idea on 2 but yeah its great af feet helps alot and relic legs *drool* with dual wield u hit alot
today in bib me and a elf war he hts for 50 ish but my DA is coming in he hits TP 100 same time i hit it 200 so yeah it helps alot i was spamming my rampage and he was SC with the nin btw wing 66 war
it kicks ass u can tank and DD with out being a nin dish out same u take in i guess

Shaid, double attack seems to proc around 10% of the time roughly... and with full Triple Attack merits both proc about the same for me, and that's pretty insane TP. I imagine double attack merits must be uber.

each hit has the same % of getting DA on it but the DA has 0% chance of DA if so u might be able to DA DA DA DA DA DA and for a long chain if u lucky
thats why mnk/war 2hr is so koo as u get alot of hits and u going to DA them alot

 

[Reality]

double attack isn't nerfed when subbed

a mnk/war with brutal earring will have the same double attack rate as a war with full 5% merits (but a war with full merits & brutal = 20% DA rate)

though i swear to god it seems like double attack procs much more often when I use hand-to-hand, than it does when I use my normal weapons, i dunno >_>

af feet helps alot
