2 questions:

What server is the consensus for quetz players?

what job? lol I was always a fan of being killed for my DD, sorry healers

I realize the latter question was a vague question but I am thinking in terms of the necessary WAR for sub job and want to start as efficiently as possible. Any responses will be appreciated unless, u give bs answer and point me to wrong server HA!

not sure what server, but with jobs, there is not really a main/sub anymore like there is in ffxi.
there are the 5 main jobs. marauder, archer, gladiator, thm, and conjurer. at a point, you can choose to go advaned class which are mrd=war arc=brd gld=pld thm=blm and con=why. the ability to unlock them is based on job levels. for war as example, your main job would be mrd. You would have to have gld to lvl 15 i think it is, to be eligible to start the quests to become a war. This is not to be confused with the way ffxi is because it is really much different.
The 2 best jobs are war and blm. i personally love war because of its dmg. so, if you want war, start with marauder

Thnx, I did start as mrd and then read about the new War...lol. i went with gungrig as it was the istory server after the merger. so far i am liking the game thoiugh there seems to be far less people. maybe that will change.

I am really beginning to enjoy the game. My biggest complaint is the targeting system which I am guessing they intend to fix. Are you playing with others from quetzl on your server?

no, i am not. im not fond of the targetting system either. ffxi was much better
