I'm a huge House fan, but everyone I know is a huge Scrubs fan. The show is okay IMO, sometimes the jokes fall flat, other times they're hilarious. I always enjoy House's sarcasm though.

House deep down really doesn't care; so it's not a front. He only cares about solving the puzzle.
Cox deep down does care, and that is a weakness when it comes to being a doc.

Please, Perry can both play out himself, *and* House, as seen in the Scrubs from two weeks ago. But ya don't see House pretending to be like Cox do you? It's not like he can pull off walking without a limp.
