Dragon Quest Swords

That looks really awesome, and brings up when I mentioned that Wii should make a Legend of Dragoon type RPG. Although it doesnt look like theres a combo system, its basically done what I dreamt of, hahah

Visually, I think Dragon Quest VIII is much superior, I really wish they had stuck to the cel-shaded style of the VIII. Plus I just like the designs so much more in VIII, feels like Toriyama didn't try with these. But I am still interested in the game and have it pre-ordered, can't wait to slash some metal slimes on the Wii.

Me too, I want DQIX more though, that game is gonna be amazing, plus its back to its turn based battle system.

Oh also, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker for the DS has been given an NA release date ;)

Wii needs to see the revival of Bushido Blade.

But as far as this goes, finally, a Dragon Quest where the main hero doesn't look like Goku.

Also, Brad seems pretty badass. You'd never expect the mage to have the robotic arm.

Ive never actually really played DQ, but this makes me wonder what I missed

lol. When I first started VIII, I thought "Why is Gohan dressed like a gypsy?"

By the way, Toriyama-sensei hasn't actually worked on much in the past few years. Most of his designs are from his production studio, BIRD Studio. BIRD Studio consists of a bunch of people who draw and color the same as him. BIRD Studio is also working on a couple of Blue Dragon projects.

Game looks fun, hope to try it someday...
In regards to DQ VIII, I personally didn't like that it looked like the DBZ cast was out of a job and just taking on a new job. You could easily spot Mr. Satan, Pan/Gohan (Debatable as to which, looks like a male Pan to me), Piccolo, and many other characters. I know Akira Toriyama has done all of the DQ games, but in this case, they just looked way too identical for me to stomach. Game itself was pretty good, but the look was just, well, tired. I personally didn't like any of the games past DQIV...ironically I think it's DQV that actually had that Piccolo-esque final boss, to boot.

Oooh!! This looks like a fun title when released.
I'll also be looking forward to it.

Finally, an RPG where people will lose weight because they wanna get all their characters to Lv99; lol.

Above all, this game looks fun.
