Dune Bracers....Quest or Drop?

[Onu]

Do you quest for these or are they a drop?

been looking into these, and may just get these instead of waiting for a Deseert Stone to show up on the AH.

Drops in Fei'Yin BCNM 60.

Okay, now heres another question.

How common are they? There only 150k and thats a great price for such a great item.

I'm asking this cause I'm afraid if I dont buy the pair thats in the AH right now, I may not get another chance for a long time.

But if there a frequent item in BCNM 60 then I'm not gonna worry about it too much.

thanks
