Duoing help

Was just wondering if you could help me out. My bro and I are duoing, but don't really know what we can kill at our lvl, we are 13 war and mnk and taru taru, also have our SJ's.

Giga's Leeches in Qufim Island, maybe? Might work. I know, you'd be in Qufim 7 levels early. But pets have low HP and are quite easy, and give good exp. Just find a gigas beastmaster somewhere and keep killing it's leech, should work decent I think. If not, try at 15 or 16 or so if it's tough at 13.

Ideally, you'll be fighting monsters about one to three levels higher than you. So, think about places where you'd XP in a full party a couple levels lower than what you are. Dhalmels in Tahrongi are 14-16 if I remember correctly, and you could easily go to Shakhrami or Buburimu from there when you level up.
