Dynamis Scheduling?

Under the events planning part of the boards, one LS posted and requested saturday night for Sandy for themselves to make sure no interuptions would occur or someone else might take their slot. I thought it was a great idea to give other LS's the heads up. Later on down the thread, I'm sorry I forgot who posted this, (because I fail at quoting) suggested perhaps opening a dynamis section on our happy home to better organize such large scale events. Since majority of the server has at least one job over level 60 it seems, would it be easier for everyone to not bump into each other with another subject added? I also believe a fair share of the NA and EU use these boards frequently
