As for the original reason for the thread, I have had many a low, nearly a Too Weak, ep walk right up to me and then stroll away. The ones i can remember checking were either low evasion or defense or both. By comparison, I've been aggro'd by every single ep i can recall that had a high evasion or defense.

Coincidence of your accu and attack skill. Put on a weapon you have 0 skill with and no +accu. Everything will be high evasion + def, but not all EP will aggro. For 75, the magic lvl is 60. 60+ aggros, 59- doesn't.

Check with a capped weapon and you'e set to follow the standard -/- wont aggro, +/+ will ^^

Depends on your job. Capped weapons on my brd con different from capped hth on a mnk.
