92chr, 11 mis-charms and -2800xp later on DC Steelshells.
Yet Enk, level what, 50, 55? Can charm L75s a whopping 95%. Orcs in Dynamis charm anyone in a 10-foot radius 95%.

A L60 Summoner mob's elemental can totally kick my L75 Summoner's elemental's butt. And they can summon while silenced.

This bullsh-!t needs to be fixed, badly. If they wanna make enemy races naturally stronger, by all means they can go ahead. But they seriously needto fix this crap that totally defies the logic of of the jobs. Enemy charm, enemy summons, Mijin Gakure. What a bunch of crap.

Your dice are breaked. Can't have an RPG without some level of /random, maybe you just need shaved dice.

i know how you feel /comfort

well some people goes BCNM/KSNM almost like 1000 time, and never get anything worth 500k+ lol

try complains to GM or service and support

As lvl 26 Bst i charmed a IT++ slime on my first try :D

Hey Ish?

Just outta curiosity, what game day was that? Crabs'(and every other mob's) charm resistances gets that extra little kick on a day they're naturally strong.

Also, sounds like you're wearin a lot of AF in lieu of CHR gear. I'd really recommend subbin a lot more CHR gear in. I don't see charm resistance like that on Korrigans fer pete's sake! o.0

Who told you that!? it's a lie i say, a lie!!!!!!!!!!!!

92 CHR is only about +15? That may be your problem...

Ohhhh that. Yeah i wasn't trying to charm to Skeles. I was trying to kill one with a crab which died and i tried to charm a Pug a guy fished up....went bad from there.....

Ok, mobs > players. Theres nothing that says that this should be untrue. Theres nothing "unfair" about it. Mobs are stronger, it makes things more challenging. Adds variety.

I see nothing wrong with it :P

Yeah, ever notice how a mob the same lvl as you has like 40k more hp than you do? It's like they have the JP button too.

Hobgoblin Physicians (whatever) can Silena themselves, while silenced.

Tyrath or Odon can vouch for this, it happened many times over the course of a group once.

I was on BST, which gets considerably less CHR gear than WHM (and I don't have an Osode, so missing 8CHR from that compared to the 2 from Bison)

Also was trying to charm on Thundersday actually, so no, it wouldn't hafto do with increased resistances.

And Tyrath, as I already said, not complaining about how an EM Skeleton Dragoon would more like than not rip a player DRG of any race in half, I'm moreso complaining about how beastmen of (x) job magically get different limiters, best example being how enemy mijin gakure is entire different from the player version.

I should just go back to WoW, crap on FFXI.
