its been several hours, and he's still not showed us any proof. Why isn't he banned yet?

You could just ban him and tell him you'll unban him if he provides you with proof.

No kidding. I mean, he's already admitted to having 10 other accounts banned? Wasn't there a rule about making sockpuppets? Seems like they were lenient there then.

This might sound odd......but I thought flames are supposed to have a point. Could it be possible to create a locked thread posting what Posts of neo were banned? Maybe make it a 1 week thing then remove them again. Because they were deleted no one can really prove one way or another if they were legitamite <sp sorry> or usless crap. All we have is one saying it was crap, and the other saying "no proof can be shown" cause said moderator will delete it.
I don't know neolink. Proof of harassment has been shown, as well as posts made by neolink deleted. After this head ache inducing thread I would vote ban him for causing physical pain to the readers. Or he can show the proof that he has claimed to have. IF there is no proof stfu neolink and play the game you are playing money for. There is more to life than QCDN posting.
