Oh, and not to mention you went 4/8 on axe/sword, where as a lot of jobs only have one weapon available to them, such as MNK and SAM. That also influences accuracy heavily.
 
But according to you, WAR can use meat just like MNK can, right?

And not have any accuracy penalties with merits?

I'm telling you right now, it definitely isn't the case

O.Hat, Snipers, Lifebelt, Hauberk, CC Boom+2, Adaman Mufflers, Adaman Sollerets, RK Collar = +56 Accuracy

Coeurl Subs (Food)

My accuracy was (IIRC) 79%, with Madrigal + Minuet about 2-3 months ago in a Merit PT in sky on D.Weapons

Switched to my attack gear (A.Celata, Flame/Rajas, Swordbelt+1, Bomb Core, Warrior Mufflers = +34 attack & 10 STR) and popped Sushi, and my accuracy shot up to 95.2-something %

meat is not worth it
 
I find it hard to believe sushi made that much of a difference given thier caps. You were either having a really bad day on the meat parse, or something didn't pick up right.
 
i personally don't believe sushi caps, to be honest

that's the only possible way sushi could increase my accuracy more than +56 accuracy in equipment

either it doesn't cap, or the cap is higher than what is currently being stated

By cap, I meant what's restricted to your skill as well. 275 and 256, on the best sushi, would only net you +44/+41. It's more detrimental to your offhanded sword in your Attack gear than your straight up ACC build equipment set.
 
That was just assumed skill levels of your merited axe and sword combo, by the way, if I'm off, let me know.
 
right, but what i'm trying to say to you is that the only possible way Sushi would increase my accuracy to 95%, vs meat +ACC gear is if the cap was higher, or if it doesn't cap at all

i'm trying to illustrate the difference between sushi vs. +56 accuracy

I'm also trying to illustrate Sushi is limited in how it benefits your Accuracy. Sole +1 is only +16%. As you say, that isn't close to +56, for either weapon. And you would need +6.25 Accuracy, to increase what sushi gives you by +1.

I seriously thing the game was just flat out against you in your attack parsing.
 
Woops, wrong addition on the Axe and wrong skill level on Sword, was thinking DRK. +44.something and +43.36

Can one of you guys give me a link to the parser you're using? Everytime I try to find one, my searches come up with a ton of cheats and other BS.
 
awsome, I just snagged it now, it does look pretty good. I tend to fail at using these sorts of programs, so the more dumbed down they can make it the better.
