INT > MP IMO as well. However, get MP gear as well, and if you can, after buffs, cast 1 spell, then switch to normal nuking gear.

I just cast my first spell in more MP gear than normal then switch it out for INT after, bear in mind I only have between 600 & 700mp in full INT.
