Duelist's Chapeau (7) Dynamis used to be cool, this piece still is.
Ebisu Fishing Rod (8.5)
Homam Gambieras (5) With a name like Homo, its got to be gewd. Just gewd though, not great.
Homam Manopolas (6) -- See above
Morrigan's Robe (9)
Nashira Manteel (4)
Nashira Seraweels (6) Limbus sucks
Usukane Sune-Ate (8) Deez are gewd
Valor Surcoat (7) Would be higher if absolute tools weren't walking around in them. I can't say much about something being E-Peen when that's the case.
Vampiric Claws (4) If you need slashing dmg, call me, not a MNK.

Crimson Scale Mail (2) Seriously
Gjallarhorn (9) Room Conserving, as well as extra mp/tick on ballad. Also can be 'bought' by purchasing a friends account
Maat's Cap (6) Some people have too much time on their hands...
Peacock Amulet (5) 10 for usefulness, -5 for being stupid enough to camp it when you could buy it.
Shadow Mantle (6) 5M price tag from an LS on our server gets you one, and I would argue that is too high...

It's almost impossible to tell on this stupid layout, but all of the items I post on the waves list are links to what the item is if you just click on them.

Aegis (10) But these go to 11!
Bandomusha Kote (6) Meh, only slightly better then o.kotes, and one of the "decent" drops off xotol
Crimson Scale Mail (4) Kinda play around piece for a few jobs, nothing ground breaking.
Gjallarhorn (10) Strat changing piece. Everyone is horny for the Gjallarhorn!
Maat's Cap (8 ) Perhaps not overly useful for most jobs but it makes a statement. And that statement is I havent seen the sun in 3 years! XD
Peacock Amulet (7) Greatly useful piece, few bonus points over PCC for showing you are insane enough to brave Argus pop time XD
Shadow Mantle (6) Great piece... when it works. XD
Shadow Ring (6) See above
Trotter Boots (4) Kinda less impressive since Skadi, and I assume not as many sellers camp it anymore since r/e, but still some damn nice boots for those 2 jobs
Yinyang Robe (7) Great piece somewhat of a pain to camp/get ppl for.

Aegis (10) Any good relic should be a 10 and Aegis is GEWD.

Bandomusha Kote ( 8 ) Good and pretty rare.

Crimson Scale Mail (3) lolaspid.

Gjallarhorn (10) See Aegis.

Maat's Cap (6) This just means you have A LOT of time to level jobs. Nothing incredibly special about that.

Peacock Amulet (7) Pretty rare or the person just got lucky and Argus happened to be up. But since PCC is just as good and easily bought, this is just rare moreso then an epeen item.

Shadow Mantle (7) Eh Dynamis has been out a while, but DL can still be hard for a few LS's.

Trotter Boots (7) Not an easy drop off Simurgh and there is always a lot of competition.

Yinyang Robe (4) Most SMNs can easily get this with a little bit of help.

Trotter Boots (5) Unclaimed rock killed my pup. But very usefull for thf.
Yinyang Robe (7) It rocks.
 
I'd say all relics are a 10, usefull or not, due to the price tag alone.

Well, except for Claustrum. That one is less useful then N.Q elemental staves.

Wave Four:
Aegis (10)
Bandomusha Kote (6) They're useful. Albeit not all that
Crimson Scale Mail (3) They serve one purpose only, to complete the set. -breath damage can be usefull, albeit rarely. It also looks better then Errant, so that earns it some extra points.
Gjallarhorn (10)
Maat's Cap (7) This one mainly says "I have all jobs at 65+", its also a mini kirin osode. It is, however, useful to swap in for WS/spells for some jobs, such as BLU. Probably the best one to do so with for BLU.
Peacock Amulet (4) Only the camping sucks. Could however easily be replaced with Peacock Charm.
Shadow Mantle (3) Pretty much useless, since you need low HP for it to activate often...
Shadow Ring (2) See above, but with magic.
Trotter Boots (2) Easy NM to kill, and not that uncommon drop.
Yinyang Robe (6) A very good body piece for SMN. however, not rare, and easy to get, which causes it to lose points.
 
You know I never realized until I made this topic how incredibly difficult the concept of a "1-10" grading scale was.
 
Trotters also lose out on Skadi being better in every way. It only has it's level as a good point, and since this is End-Game Item E-Peen, that's moot.
