Well, I've leveld a couple jobs now, nuttin too spectacular. First off, THF, this is not my first char, let alone THF, I love the job, then one day I found the almight NIN, great fun. Lvl'd NIN to 18, but I swear I can hear RNG calling my name....still undecided as to whether I wish to take THF or NIN to endgame, and now, should it be RNG? Anyones thoughts on these jobs at endgame would be greatly appreciated. so far job levels are 30THF/17NIN/13MNK/10WAR and just completed RNG flag....looking for opinions on which jobs are more fulfilling, usefull, and downright fun to play at endgame.
thanks

Take rng to 30 regardless, it's a pretty useful sub in many situations. By the time you hit 30, you should have a fairly good idea if you like the job or not.

Fulfillment & usefulness shouldn't be your reasons for levelling a job, it should always be enjoyment / fun that drives you.

You sound like a young me.
I have so many jobs 30-40 because I always changed my mind.

To be completely honest with you, find one job and stick with it to 75.
You will regret just leveling a bunch of jobs to 50s and 60s.

what he said

the way i see it, lvl 3 jobs. 1 mage, 1 DD, and 1 tank. In all those cases You cant lose!

screw it, level monk. by my parser logs i'm 21% 1337er than the avg ranger on my monk.

*stats based off parser results.

or thf...thieves outdmg rngs 1/3 pt's since i started parser logging (lvl 40 monk) till now (67 monk), why not level a job that is 100% built towards self gain? where every JA and trait is made to benefit you?

or do bst! with the jug pet exp loss gone you're like a cross between a warrior and a drg who has a wyvern +1.

With my current experience, I'm setting BST equal to MNK. However, my BST is only 54, but you can't fucking beat 150 Spinning Axes paired with 480 Dark Spores on Robber Crabs at 54.

I'd say take thf all the way because after that you'll have so much gil you can basically lvl any job plus thfs are always wanted in end game things aka hnmls dynamis etc plus rng isnt that fun anymore sence the update hense the reason i quit b4 but now im back

well, thanks for all the input, I am now even more confused as to what I wish to do....lol. I love THF, kinda feel godly tanking with NIN (sings MC Hammer "Cant touch this") RNG just seems fun.

If you're deciding between THF, NIN and RNG specifically for endgame, then NIN is really your only choice...

:shok: are you serious thf are needed alot endgame for drop perposes and rng still do greats damage in alliance and is normally a job that stays in alliance.

Considering dual wield just got nerfed... play RNG.

why not play a job that can use all three subs in some sort during endgame... go SAM =D
