We have been living together for 5 years Tris. I've been calling her wifemage forever. I just decided to stop being an idiot and make it official. Poor girl stayed patient with me all of this time.
 
jeez, were stine and i the only persons left in the world who had a wedding on the (fairly) inexpensive side?

Well to be honest I don't know. XD My parents were the ones who paid for it and everything adds up. I don't think that it was over 20,000. I don't even remember how much my dress cost but I do know that it was in the mid range.

My parents are being really nice and paying for most of the wedding. Moink and I are coming up with about 7k... Personally.. I don't want to have a wedding, I'm all for going to the courthouse with my best friend to witeness us and just making it short and sweet.. but my parents already told me that, that's not an option. ._.;

With all of the time that it takes to plan and how much it costs, going to the courthouse would be a good option. lol I think one of the best parts of the honeymoon (besides the obvious) was not having to worry about planning anymore. We did a simple wedding at my family's church with mostly family and a few friends. We only had a total of 10 attendants (4 bridesmaids, 4 groomsmen, ringbearer, and flower girl).

@Dani/Brydan just remember when planning a wedding, if it needs to get done it will get done. If not, you didn't really need it.

Wedding dresses are so expensive. I think I'll go naked, or in a dress made of suran wrap.















Or dressed like a pirate, arrrrr.
