'then' =/= 'than'

'your' =/= 'youre'

'there' =/= 'their'

Please look these words up in the dictionary and write down their meanings and uses 5 times each. If you are still troubled by the use of these words, please send me a PM. I will be more than happy to assist you further. This is not a joke, I really will help you... thank you =)

you fail again blazn lol

but look, im not a grammar nazi of the highest degree.. I dont care about apostrophes.. i dont even care about capitalization.. i just want the right letters in the right places lol. The only time you need apostrophes is when writing a formal paper or letter. In a forum like this, not including apostrophes can be well understood and forgiven. However, using a completely different word.. is not so understandable.

ps, lots of books take on a style of print that doesnt include apostrophes in contractions.

Once again: YOU FAIL. STOP TRYING.

Umm...

You are.
You're...

Think of the apostrophe as the "a"...

It all makes sense, eventually, blazn.

&& I wanna know what kind of English book says otherwise!
XD

Wtf is wrong with you people haven't you read...
"Blazns bok of engilsh"

You're normal english can not hurt him >.<

must be a foreign english book.. poor chap :/
send me your address through PM blazn and ill send you an old English book of mine.

Blazn you remind me of Ekz, do you know him?

The only one I mess up is "their" and "there." But lately I've been working on that one and I basically have it fixed.

And um... blazn, that little link of yours did nothing. It said a bunch of "Your E" stuff and nothing about "your'e" which is.... you know, nothing.

As much as "there vs their vs they're" bothers me, nothing is worse than people who use u instead of you, 2 instead of to, or 4 instead of for(e). That shit drives me bonkers. Internet lingo be damned.

I hate "txt tlk".

-_-;;

Blazn, shush. You're is not spelled your'e. Take it from an English Major.

It's common knowledge that the apostrophe is to miss out the begining letters of a word (as in You are = You're, We are = We're) or to signify possesion.
