ENM glitch?

I did ENM 60 "Pulling the Strings" as SAM today.. me vs. Puppeto the samurai clone of me~ Fight went smoothly, I used an icarus wing and ended the fight at 4mins 56 sec. Armory crate pops, I hit it and to my surprise and dismay, IT WAS EMPTY. I got 2k limit points for my win and an empty armory crate. I GM'd it and they say everything's fine, nothing is broken, they can't do anything. Is this a glitch?? I mean, I always thought the only empty treasure chests in this game were Mimics, which attack you.. not the kind you find in an ENM or BCNM fight.
 
It's probably not a glitch, I know this happens often for the X's knife one.
 
With my experience in ENM 60 Pulling the strings, yes it happen alot of time. It also happen to me before in ENM 75 fast like wind (i think that the name) and sheep in antlion clothing too. Dont think it is a glitch
 
It happened to me a lot.
 
i think those chest have chance to drop from 0-2 of the listed drops?
 
I religiously spam this ENM and I can say the chances of anything dropping from this ENM is very low.

However, you will occasionally get some worm mulch drops.
 
Yes I used to do it on Cor, and i had several empty chests.
 
ya an empty chest is common, it took me around 20-22 tries before I got my deadeye earring(with a couple worm mulches here and there)
 
Is it worth the $$ you spend getting to the fight? +22 attack, on average 20-30k to get up to bc fight.. that shit adds up.
 
Not worth it at all. The enhancement is temporary, and you lose it if you take it off. You can't carry more than one, and by the time your first/current one runs out, it might be like 25 days before you get your next one, so it's not something you carry and depend on, but rather, treat it as a bonus. Some items in my opinion that are useful are:

BLM - M.Attack Bonus +10 I believe?
DRG - Ammo slot, nothing that good goes into it anyway. It gives your Wyvern a regen effect, and stacks with your AF body
PLD - Refresh in ammo slot!
DRK - 120 TP in 2 minutes, can help if you're in an event where you need to initially Spirits Within things...

Not too sure about the other jobs, I haven't looked into each one yet.
 
the last time i try the enchancement last like 1 min only.. the next moment.. i drop it.
