I'm actually doing a quick alteration of the schedule, sorry to make more work for you:

We are still working it out, we should have a meaningful yes or no by this Saturday. If it's no we'll work out the conflict.

Ezhno, I had tasked Divinius with helping organize the joint run with our wishes and thoughts. I recently received word that you would like to deal with the leaders directly. Please feel free to contact me Saturday prior to 1p est, as i will not be attending this weeks run do to work conflict. I will try to log on tonight (Friday) between 10-11p EST, If your unable to contact myself, I would not like the idea of doing the joint run to go to the breeze. I know that this first run also will be hectic as both shell's each have their own leaders, and also their own strats for advancing through Xarc. Because of this, I would really like to speak to you about formulating a plan of action. If you want, please feel free to contact me here or if you want I can sign-up on your forums and converse that way. I check back here frequently, so PM here will work as well.

I'll briefly detail what the leaders of Dreams have come to an understanding on how drops/split/etc would proposing go in case we're unable to catchup with each other before the deadline Saturday.

As far as Drops, Dreams system is the shell pays for the run, and collects all of the currency, then does a payout every 2-4 months based on attendance. So for the Join run, we purpose that, cost of entering, and the coin distribution be split by %. For instance, if dreams has 15 members, and Erebus has 5 for attendance, the split for the glass would be 75% cost for dreams, and 25% to Erebus, so if your shell splits among members, Erebus's total should be 125k so each of the 5 members would pay 25k. Now say we had 2x 100cc's and 62 singles, totaling 262 coins. Erebus would get 25% of this based on the previous example, which would be 65.5 coins to split evenly among your members. This is again presuming that Erebus shell runs this way, for bank. If it's like dreams, then the bank for erebus would pay the gil for glass, and the bank of erebus would get the coins. This makes it fair as everyone pays and gets an even split for coins vs run.

Drops:
Dreams runs on a partisipation points system for drops. What dreams decided as fair would be that the two members that are up for an item (1 from each shell) would compete lot if the item drops. But ONLY 1 member from each shell. If a second drops, then the other member who lost the lot would get the drop. Usually 3 drops of the same highly sought after AF2 is rare, but given that, the person in line for each shell would be up next, and so on.

As for Dynamis Lord items (shadow ring/mantle) the same rule applies, but I think it's a consistent around most LS's that these items go to tanks first. The same rule would apply the next in-line from each shell (that are main tanks). If both drop, 1 each will go to each LS, to be fair. ^^ In the case a 10,000 coin drops, it will be sold and split as the above coins distribution is setup.

These are what rules that we discussed and found fair for both sides, so neither side is at a loss.
