Heh after like 300 clicks on the "Retry" button I got the connection screen to come up, I clicked the update button, and then got a POL 1161 error. :evil: That chaps my a*s. Back to playing Prince of Persia...

only problem with haveing the update on another site, is that someone could offer a bogus update patch, which could contain viruses, or possibly act as a gateway for hacking to POL.

the worst is it doesn't save your progress... you have to do it all in one run or not at all... i can hardly get 20 files before i get this code... if i could do them 20 at a time i'd be done by now.... instead this system has me doing the same 20... restarting... same 20...

2 hours before bed the update had 1 hour 17 minutes remaining.



When I went to bed I had 2 hours and 20 minutes remaining.

When I woke up I had 9 hours and 47 minutes remaining for 416 files.

:evil:

So I canceled the update. Restarted it and got about 4 1160, then it reconnected to the update tool and errored out with a 1161 error. After a couple more 1160 errors I reconnected and completed the update in under 10 minutes. If you are stuck at some point try canceling and reconnecting.
