Hello, this is my second time installing FFXI on a computer (the first was not met with successs). Last time I got an error code when i tried to open up Playonline viewer or FFXI. the first time my friend who i am no longer in contact with was able to figure out it is because i do not have some hardware or something in my video card that i suppose the game uses. Im not entirely sure. The idea was to use an emulator to simulate it, but i had trouble and could not do it in time.
both computers are a Dell , the first used Windows XP the later Windows Vista
the error message is
Error code=20008003
PlayOnline Viewer cannot run under current operating system
I belive last time someone said it was a common problem with people, i think with Dells, but im not sure....this is my third attempt at playing FFXI, the last time i didnt because i gave up just when i had the answer, I need your help to delve me into this wonderful game!
