Espers

I think i've been doing this bazaar thing wrong >.> I've just been selling anything I come across...

But do you need to sell items of a certain combo at the same time for something to appear in the bazaar or do the items accumulate over time?

Nope.
Not even to the same person either.

Just sell everything as you get it, the game remembers what was sold.

Ok good ;x The way i was thinking wouldve made the system so much more complicated

I actually tested that today when I went to get my ultima blade, sold the gnome thingy to a vendor in one area then transported to highwaste and sold the other items and it did appear. Might be good to keep some of the items just to know what you need to go out and hunt for later. Would be nice if they had a bazaar list of everything you sold

I got some magical urn thing in my bazaar for 250,000 the other day, anyone know what it's for? :o
And you can only have two espers per person?! That fuckin blows big time, since I only use three people.
It makes it so all enemies can drop arcana. Arcana can be sold so high arcana can be bazaared. And I think high arcana can be sold to make elixers and megalixers go to the bazaar list...i think not sure though. And no to that each character can only have 2 espers. You could give one character all 13 if you wanted to... I mean why would they put in 13 espers and make it so you couldnt use one of em?

Yea makes it so enemies can drop arcana, as opposed to just rare mobs being able to drop it, and its used in high arcana, which is used in some bazaar packages, some of which lead to ultimate weapons.

Wait, How can you only have 2 espers per character when there are 13 total?

I thought the max amount of Espers a character could have was 3. So everyone gets 2 but one person gets 3.

That would make more sense. I was asking cuz someone said max was 2 earlier.

Excalibr mentioned the Stone of Condemned a couple pages back, No one answered him so i'll do it.

You take the stone you get from the Acolyte at the bottom of the grand staircase after The fleet comes to Buromisace. You take it back to the Shrine you just came from and trade it to the Waystone in the south end of the Hall of measures or something like that, it transports you to a hidden esper Zeromus, the Condemer.

It's a hard fight, you have 3-4 Minions to battle along with Zeromus, and on top of that your magic is locked. You could just try to quickening chain him to death but i'm holding off till i'm a higher level.

P.S Guide says minimum level to fight him is 35, he raped me and my main party is lvl 42, my quickening chain burn party are half that.

Make sure both your party combinations are 35+, and have all 3 Quickenings. When first party is done using their quickenings, substitute 2 members from the other party in, do another chain. Then get the third member in there as a substitution for a third quickening chain. That is saying though, that the he hasn't targeted the whole party. Ethers could also help with going on to more quickening chains, seeing as how to do a chain, not every member needs to have their guage full, just be alive and have a quickening. Worked for me atleast, and I raped it no prob at 40.

To beat zeromus set your 1st gambit to phoenix down members and thats it. Have inquistor and martyr and run around attacking stuff, phoenix downing members until you get another quickening back.

So I was screwing around in Barheim and came across Zalhera, totally unprepared, but I almost won. I'll be back again, prepared this time >>

lol Gotta love that. Same thing happened to me when I fought Mateus, but somehow won... barely... pissed through two parties, no phoenix downs, and Vaan had like, under 100 HP left when he landed a critical on her. lol

Hmm, thats a better way of using chains, I was trying to double chain Luminesense/Black Hole to take him down, I think i'll try your method and see how it works.

Yea, try and get Lumi and Black Hole with the first chains to deal some really heavy damage. Then get the 2nd party for the same thing, and then just try and get Ark Blasts or Torrents after that. As long as you get atleast Inferno, you're good to go after the first two black holes or lumis.

i'm in the highwaste bumming around examining shrines tryna find Exdeath... what am i missing here? can't find a guide that doesn't say his sister found it for him..... -.-

Exdeath is lurking around the Mosphoran Highwaste, but again there's some
stuff you have to do first in order to get to him. In the camp area
in the Mosphoran Highwaste, find the South Wind Shrine (南々風の祠)
and activate it to cause the little platforms to rise into the air. Go
northeast to the Ashen Roof (灰色のひさし) and you'll find a Chocobo
wandering around. Feed him a Gysahl Green (ギザールの野菜) and then
go south to the Road To The Sky (天空へ続く路) zone. On the western
part of it, after crossing the platform you previously raised, you should
find a Chocobo-only path. Go through a couple of zones and you'll be
back in the camp, only in an area on the western side that you couldn't
access before. Activate the West Wind Shrine (西々風の祠). Go
north from here and you'll find that you can shove the rock out of the
way to connect this little area to the rest of the camp. Activate the
Northwest Wind Shrine as well now (西北風の祠). Now with all
that done, you can go to the Ridge to the Sky zone (空の果てを知る尾根)
and climb all the way up to the plateau in the middle, where Exdeath
appears.

some of the location names have changed since the import but are still similar, the shrine names are the same
