Anyone got the Pumpkin Head / Trick Staff yet from trading random sweets? I've only gotten Pumpkin Head II and Trick Staff II and their HQ counterparts... but in all my trades I never saw the v1's.

I got a normal Treat Staff a couple of days ago, while wearing a normal Trick Staff. Just keep at it; the Halloween event can be infuriating ... a tradeoff for making it so soloable, I guess.
Horror Hat II and Treat Staff II here, took some time but I got both..
I bought some cheap cookies, gobby chocolate, bubble chocolate and some pies
Trade Sweets 1x Each , each Vana day-
Tradeing with No Equipment will get you = Trick Staff, Trick Staff II, Pumpkin Hat, Pumpkin Hat II
Tradeing with Trick Staff II and Pumpkin Hat II equiped will get ya = Horror Hat II or Treat Staff II
this is ofcourse after all the danm costumes, you have to have pumpkin hat II and trick staff II equiped if you want the Horror or Treat thingy
also you could equip pumpkin hat 1, or trick staff 1.. to get horror hat 1 and treat staff 1.. but I wouldnt, since both of those itms really dont have any good Enhancements.

I got the pumpkin head after trade to a trick ghost or something like that. I never really do these though because of all the cheap gangly bastards that charge way to much for NPC sold items. You know, like all the faggots that are charging 100 gil per cookie when they bought them for 10 gil. You know who you are, you capitalist puks.

Why buy ahead??? The NPC is still there. If I wanted to I could do the same thing, but I believe it's evil and fucking wrong to do in a game like this.

There were a couple good bazaar's in Bastok when I was still doing the trades, got most of my cookies for 30-40g. Still 3-10x profit for the seller but at a cost of about 300g for 1 set of trades every 40min, it's not exactly bank-breaking.
Yes I am one of the above idiots. Too lazy to go get my own stuff from vendors, but if I had then I'd be bazaaring em too.
