Ever have one of those days?

First off this is not a flame because I blame nobody but myself.

I wake up this morning....put coffee on....drop my brand new coffee mug and destroy it. While cleaning up the mess I notice coffee running down the cabinets and onto the floor....guess who forgot to put the pot back onto the stand. *sigh*

Around noon I get my hot little hands on my copy of my expansion and eagerly install it...Then I forget how to register it because it's been so damn long since I've had anything to register and waste valuable minutes diddling around with that. *sigh*

I get it all set up and log in only to be reminded I can't do a damn thing till I get my arsetaru over to the new world...easily done right?....yeah right. First off I can't get on the boat till I get either a Coffer Key from the beastmen or a Testimony...I can't solo either one so I search for help...I ask 37 and while a few of them have good excuses, preplanned events or real life, the majority of them ask what's in it for them!?! *deep sigh*

I then change to my WHM and head to the Altep entrance to Kuftal Tunnel to R2 an LS member (a really sweet girl) and guess what?...I get that damn SE special service where I get R=0 all the way out there and then nearly die when a Manticore appears out of nowhere (due to my R=0 I'm sure). I survive but I get D/C and can't reconnect for over 2 hours, by which time she's either been raised or had to home point. *sigh*

To make this long story a little longer....I log back on to find that everyone's helping someone else or doing gods or some such and nobody can take time to help me get that key or testimony. I get mad...chuck my LS pearl and /shutdown after being rude to everyone for being "too busy" to help me out. *very deep sigh*

I did the easy way, takes 10 minutes in Gusgen (bloody robes, magiked skull) 10 minutes Valkurm (apron and worm) 10 minutes bub peninsula (spit and tail) took me an hour tops.

I was having a crappy day at work..went to lunch only to find that my car had been broken into and everything stolen..Sonofabi...wait a minute..this isn't my car..lmao I had gotten into a car that looked just like mine.
 
My day today was actually not too great either. Not as bad as your Pad though, but could've been better.. Hopefully things will be sorted out with access to the new areas, and yeah, just take the easy way and easily solo all the Subjob items, or if you have 500k gil to spare, use that, lol.

lol no thank god, I went out to meet up with somoene, went to turn off my ipod and i guess sat my keys down. next thing i know i'm fumbling for my keys and lone and behold they are in my car. thank god i was there with someone to run me home and get my spare.

That's the way I did it. Even got a claim on VE, no drop though.
 
lol, when it came time to unlock ToAu i had about 5 coffer keys in my MH to choose from.

what ? do ppl just thow away keys nowadays?
 
LMAO....Didn't know about the sub-job item thing....DUHHH. I was only aware of the Key and Testimony thing so that's one thing out of the way...thanks for that lol.
 
My entire week has been pretty horrid. First day back to work after a vacation Monday, then find out they will no longer allow personal AIM messages, even though I don't get any personal calls like everyone else here and I only chat between calls and other duties, and do not let it get in the way of work. So, my best friend in the game, that doesnt play often, won't get to talk to me anymore. Later that night, I'm soloing in Korroloka on BLU and find out that another dear friend is leaving the game. Coupled with the fact that our only other way to talk disappeared that day, it was crushing. I struggle through a crappy day at work yesterday and then get on last night to duo with a friend's BLU on my BST. Instead we help someone else get Healing Breeze and I finally get one level after dying three times and having to homepoint twice.

I am sorry to whine on here, I usually keep stuff like this to myself... Just everything (including some real life worries) has me really depressed and yes I am one of those losers who only has good friends from the game, not locally. The friends I do have from the game are the most important thing in the world to me though.

Heh, to be honest, one of my RL concerns is figuring out the logistics of coming to our LS meet and greet, and even moreso, worrying that I'll fly out and use vacation time and everything just to have nobody like me in RL and be left out. (Silly, paranoid, whatever, I know.. can't help it, lol).
 
I soloed a coffer key for my brother as a whm. If a whm can solo coffer keys, any job can. :(

I trioed a couple tests in Davoi with WSM and Neosquall. Took a hilariously short amount of time.

That option probably isn't really viable until at least 65-70+ though...
