I pride myself on trying to be a peace keeper and taking things easy... but sometimes I just want to fight some people. I don't get annoyed most of the time, but sometimes you just want to kick someones ass for a small little reason... a reason that deserves an ass kicking of course.

It doesn't just have to be a person, it can be anything. I tell my friends I'm going to take mother nature on because I fucking hate winter and this snow that came out of no where here.

I need to fight. I hope someone can relate.

People that wait 15 minutes with me in the lift lobby at the 24 floor office I work in, and get off at the first floor.

I want to strangle them.

Hehe, at my work we have 3 floors (the bay) and the elevator is soo damn slow. People wait there for 7-8 minutes to go to floor two as well. It's sad really.

Yup, I bottle my emotions lol. Go buck wild on your bed, pillows, blankets and matresses. They can take it. Beat the shit out of them until you're so out of breath you can't breath. Then make your bed and be happy. Just remember not to slice nor dice pillows or down quilts, else get the vacuum.

Best thing I ever invested in was a 90lb heavy bag with an in-door stand and a speed bag station.

Before you know it, you're pretty gung-ho about working that bag and you don't even realize it's because it's relieving all your little angers and stresses. If you've ever been martial arts inclined, I would suggest this, because it really helps.

Depending on your fitness level and size, I'd recommend different bag weights, generally a 70lb bag is great for someone intermediate in weight and relative height.

If you have an Academy or other gym-type store, I'd check it out and see what kind of boxing equipment you can purchase. I think I spent around $400 total on all my equipment, gloves and all. Biggest thing though is to make sure you get some wrist wraps.

While I bought mine for more fitness reasons than anger-exertion reasons, I still realized eventually that it was keeping that creeping feeling of agressiveness at bay, because we all get it. Male, female, doesn't matter. It builds up until you hit something you regret hitting. In my case, years ago, it was a steel door. I felt pretty good about denting the hell out of the door in two hits, but I broke my hand. The door clearly won.

People that stand still on escalators like they're amusement park rides...

And yea, getting off on the 2nd floor after waiting 5 minutes for the elevator = lazy. Unles, that is, if you work where I do. No allowed to use the stairs unless there is a fire :( It's promoting laziness.

Pillows and the bed and such don't work well. Its too soft. I'd rather break my knuckles punching a wall...

Once I got pissed in my car and hit the windshield.... Thats a bad idea, as glass has a tendency to crack and sometimes break.

And most people are pretty lazy. I find people who are not even willing to walk a block down the street. Thankfully I have not aquired this trait.

You know its kinda funny you mention this, I have no way of getting way of my stress, im in the air force, so if i get mad i cant just lash out at some one or flip out, i actually had a panic attack like 10 months ago because i just wanted to kill some one but there was nothing i could do about it.... stress is unhealthy but is apart of life ... :(

Punching bag sounds fun, but wouldn't know where to put it.
