Yea I actually meant to post this earlier but I've been busy as hell. Damn I feel sorry for this guy!

My worst overbid was spending 300k on a Platinum Ore which in comparison to this is pennies..

i was there when that happened to Niz. Vyyuke logged out after Niz sent them tells only to appear in jeuno like 10 minutes later. All i know if i ever did that i would put that stack of sushi on a mule and refer it to my SH fund sushi
 
I've overbid on things, and I've had people overbid on my stuff.. I usually give them most of their overspent money back in the hopes that I would get the same treatment.. So far it's not working ><
 
That's a shame, I was in the party with Nizmo afterwards. He was pretty bummed about it, and the irony in that we fought Colibris too. Silly bird ate almost 525k ;_;.
 
I was there when niz Was making shouts about that in jeuno, and some other people fighting and me being the smartass. i got to make jokes on everyone ^^ it was a good night lol
 
Yep myrrh that was funny night all but niz mistake i really would have hated to be him at that moment

it's one thing for overbidding... but it's another for a seller not returning such a large amount of gil such as that?! EEK! don't know you, but sorry Nizmo :( is it just me or is overbidding such a common occurrence?

Hey I agree it was a retarded thing to do. But that's pretty harsh of you to say. "Shit happens" on this game in many different shapes and forms.
 
What's harsh about it? They fucked up. Noone made them bid that, and guess what you have to bid then accept the bid. That's TWO, 2, II, :, however you want to notate it, times they had to look at the bid and say "HEY NOW.....I don't want to bid 6.5 mil on some sushi." Well they didn't and too bad for them. You got money like that to make mistakes with I have no sympathy for you.

This kind of mistake reminds me of that one guy who dropped his PCC. You would have probably chalked it up to "that dumbass deserved it". The rest of us probably feel bad. Oh well, guess it's your thang.

And like you said, this is one of those mistakes you'd never do. I'm the same. Worst thing I've ever done is accidentally thrown a phantom tathalon at a bee.
 
Oh, so I get it, you want sympathy for him because people gave you sympathy for being stupid. No heart. Heh, why because I call it like I see it? All of these topics remind me of the big stink made a few months back about the PCC/Holy Phial incedent. Actually I wouldn't even call it an incedent. I would call it "Some dumbass prick criing because they overbid on the AC and would rather smear another persons name than admit their fault". But hey if it makes you feel any better I bid 27k for a stack of Kaginawa the other day. By mistake. WAAAAAHHH I want my 7k back. Pak, seriously get the fuck out of here with this billshit.
