this morn at behemoth, bramd was wielding an excalibur...i dont know if it was known already or not

He has had it for ages.. i remember a friend telling me quite a while back when he was at a fafnir camp.

I didn't know that o.O Congrats to him

he hasn't had it for ages XD he's had it for a few months :P cause like.. 4 months ago he had the stage right before Excalibur, Caliborn (or whatever it is called again). But ya... it's interesting to see another relic weapon.. but hey! Guess what? He didn't do it alone D: *shocker* he had his whole LS helping out just like with Cashell and Serise. The only way you will get this done without taking several years of constant Dynamis runs and making gil to buy coins from others is to have help from several others. Oh well... fun for him

You would wouldn't you!! :p

He RMTs...

I find it hard to believe that anyone who has put the time/effort into getting a relic weapon is a gilseller. It's such a waste of time/money.

Even with buying gil, the amount needed to buy the currency would be downright staggering... that, and just getting all the currency, even WITH the gil.

I mean, you don't see Odon swinging around a Claustrum, now, do you?

Maxing out a craft can earn one the amount needed to complete the relic upgrades rather quickly. The tough part is collecting the bronze peices that are up for sale.

Teppo people who have no lives consider buying gil online for a dumb sword alot more important than feeding their babies n owning a car or something lol

Teppo hasn't posted in this thread. XD

And yeah, some people pay way too much to play this game.

Then again, I've accumulated $150+ in monthlies since I started...

The thought of buying enough gil scares me... Then again IGE DID run out of gil... Hmmm... connection?

Not to be a dick but have you seen the cost to make the weapons? It requires roughly 18 thousand coins... Roughly here. 18,000 times 50,000k a coin lets say, even though coins are at 70 right now this will help average out the coin prices when it was cheaper, is 900,000,000.

I don't know about you but there is only one high lvl crafter that I know of who even claims to have half that much money and he is generaly full of shit.

I don't care how its done, getting a fully upgraded relic weapon is frigging amazing, if there was a thing that said "Congratulation you beat FF and I am sure your life has been ruined by it" this will be the item.

There are several people with fully upgraded weapons without ruined lives.

when you HQ the hell outta Dalmatica or Kaiser or the Manteel or some other insanely hard thing to HQ and have a fully upgraded relic for atleast one job, full merits, all missions done, and all jobs to 75.. I think you beat the game D:

Beating the game is for losers, I'm just gonna grind till I can no longer be bothered. (or till I'm blunt? gogopun~!)

Closest I can think to "ruined life" is when a JP had a 10k bill in his bazaar for 99999999, [next scene missing], and he was found hanging in his basement.
