expansion exp zones

just out of curiousity, does this ToAU have any good exp areas for low lvls? like lv 10ish? and if so, knowing that ToAU and the original have seperate 'conquest' type rewards, would i be better off getting ToAU points. IE: is that gear better than the type of gear i'll get from my Sandy Gate Gaurd?

i was just wonderin ya know, seeing as how i'm soloing outside of Sandy for the 100th time, having paid for this expansion, just kinda figured i'd put it to use BEFORE i hit 75 if i could, lol.

ToAU is designed for level 50+ players. - Lv10 soloing there is not possible.
