I have the same problem. I think the 360 is still configured for beta use, and since I don't, and I assume you don't have beta characters, it yells at us. Damn, I was going to play on my 360 while it updates on my girlfriend's account :'(.

My POL just got done checking the files, and now its downloading. Only problem is it's going so damn slow, like one file a minute.

I tried for the past 3 hours, didn't work. So my roommate says try on his xbox360 (he has FFXI for 360). I log in, bam... instantly registered my ToA on my ID. Log out, and everything's fine on PC now.
