External Hard Drive Formatting FAT32 Question

[Gerry]

How do I do it? I need to have a FAT32 External HDD if I want to back up my PS3 so I can replace my 40gb with 500gb, so I figure I'd ask here.

Connect it to your computer, go to My Computer, right click on the hard drive you want to format, select "Format" from the context menu. In the little menu that pops up, it should give the option to format in FAT32 in one of the drop-down menu's.

Another way would be the disk management window from the control panel's admin tools.

Right, thanks =)
