The gravitational force given off from a ship of that size near the Earth would cause mass flooding and earthquakes. The moon's gravitational force gives us high and low tides from thousands of miles away, now imagine high tide if it was hovering within our atmosphere.

Bunch of crack heads, if you ask me. They exist, sure, I'll acknowledge that without a problem, but finding ways to prove contact when it's just not there gets a little annoying.

We'll have proof when it's actually there, and that's how it'll be.
 
Just remember... if they look like us and offer to cure cancer, they're probably reptiles in disguise who want to steal our water.
