A Galka is nothing to cry over. I should go to Bastok and hire one for pennies on the hour to check bazaars for me, and they should be happy to do it for a Hume! We brought them out of the desert we did!

Haven't really kept track, but off the top of my head, I'd say it's 50/50. Either in Jeuno/WG or in passing. Finding what I'm looking for takes precedence over where I found it.
